Back-to-School Day: Set up and assist the Spirit Shop with items and supplies for the students' first day of school. (August 7)

Open House: Parents assist with crowd flow, decorations, and reception. (October 22)

Grandparents’ Day: Assist with reception after Mass in our school arena. (October 14)

Mother Cabrini Feast Day: Help with the reception after Mass in the courtyard and the students in the dining hall. (November 13)

Christmas on the Bayou: Assist with planning, set up tables, hand out food, or clean up after the event. (December 6)

St. Joseph Altar: Help with altar set-up, clean-up, or providing school tours. (March 19)

New Parent & Student Seminar: Attend the event and help serve food & refreshments to new parents & students. (April)

Birthday Bash with the Principal:  Planning and hosting the quarterly cupcake celebration of student birthdays. Parents can choose the quarter of their daughter’s birthday or more. (Quarterly)

Recruitment Office Support: Parents will assist the Recruitment Director with various efforts, including delivering event materials to schools, making phone calls, and preparation of events. (Yearly)
