Crescent Cradle, located on the beautiful campus of Cabrini High School, along Bayou St. John, serves 38 children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old. Using the best early childhood practices as outlined by the National Association of Education for Young Children, our setting allows our children to fully integrate in the community while fostering social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development. Crescent Cradle's program is based on the organic way young children learn through play and exploration, while fostering positive relationships to build a sense of worth, belonging, and responsibility within the community.
Crescent Cradle is proud to provide:
- Low child/Teacher ratios
- Morning & afternoon snacks
- Nutritional lunchtime meal
- Weekly foreign language class (for older classrooms)
- Dedicated children's chapel service twice a month
