With rain in the forecast, Cabrini High School is moving its annual Christmas on the Bayou celebration to Friday, December 12, from 6–8 PM. We want everyone to enjoy the evening comfortably and safely, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our community on the new date. All the traditions you love are still on the schedule: Christmas carols, choir performances, and high-energy showcases from our award-winning Cheer and Dance Teams. And yes, Santa will still make his famous arrival by pirogue on the bayou, a highlight for guests of every age.

Students with a "C" or below in any class will be required to attend office hours. Exam Prep Day will take place from 8:00 am - 11:00 am. The first call bell will ring at 7:50 am and students will be expected to be in homeroom for attendance by the 8:00 am bell. Once attendance is taken and prayer and announcements made, students will then be able to leave their homeroom to seek tutoring from their teachers. Students should use SmartPass to navigate between office hours while on campus. Students may also be required to check in to Homework Hall and/or Academic Overtime before checking out to visit teacher office hours. Exam Prep Day will end at 11:00 am. Please make arrangements to pick up your daughter at this time as there will be no After-School Lab (ASL) offered on December 15. Please also be aware that there will be no lunch service on this day (breakfast will be available during the normal breakfast time). Please note that this day will operate as a normal school day. Students should be dressed in full uniform. Students should bring their supplies, including a charged device. All cell phones should be off and placed in student lockers until dismissal at 11:00 am. Any student who is absent for this day will be marked absent from all seven classes and her homeroom period. We look forward to offering your daughter this opportunity to grow in her academic confidence as we prepare for semester exams.
