Cabrini High School proudly recognized the outstanding achievements of its students at the Fall Awards Ceremony, honoring excellence in academics during the 2024–2025 school year. Students in grades 9–11 were celebrated for their accomplishments, while seniors will be honored at a separate ceremony on September 30th.
The ceremony began with a very special presentation of the Alumnae Legacy Scholarship, awarded to the daughter, granddaughter, or sister of a Cabrini graduate. This honor is given to students who embody Mother Cabrini’s values of respect, excellence, and service, while representing the lasting bond between alumnae and current Crescents. This year’s recipients were:
The award was presented by Madeline Lipani Suer ’71, President of the Alumnae Association.
The Excellence Award medallions are presented to students who achieve the highest overall GPA in their class, reflecting dedication, hard work, and consistent academic excellence.
Students who earned the highest average in individual courses were honored with academic pins, recognizing excellence in specific areas of study.
Membership in the AP Club of Excellence is reserved for students who earned scores of 4 or 5 on their AP exams, the highest distinction possible. These students represent the very best in academic preparation at Cabrini:
The College Board National Recognition Program honors high-achieving students nationwide who demonstrate exceptional academic promise. To qualify for this distinction, students must score in the top 10 percent on the PSAT or PSAT 10, earn a score of three or higher on two or more AP Exams taken before their junior year, and maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3.This year’s Cabrini honorees include:
