To show appreciation for the men and women who patrol and keep the Cabrini community safe, students, faculty, and staff gifted the NOPD officers of the First District with desserts and treats.

Cabrini High School inducted 20 students into Mu Alpha Theta, the national high school and two-year college Mathematics Honor Society.

Three of our Cabrini students placed on the regional level of the No Place for Hate Art and Poetry Contest. The theme was "Fighting Hate for Good - What Superpower Will Help Your Community?"

Members of the Sedes Sapientiae Chapter of the National Honor Society at Cabrini High School held their annual food drive November 12-19. Close to half of a ton of food was delivered to Second Harvest Food Bank thanks to the Cabrini community.

The Cabrini Basketball team went 2 and 1 at the Ursuline Invitational Basketball Tournament during the Thanksgiving break. The team defeated East Jefferson High School and Destrehan High School and lost to Salmen High School.

For the second consecutive year, the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay Swim Team of Cabrini High School is the 2018 Allstate Sugar Bowl/LHSAA Division III State Champions.

The Cabrini Cross Country Team finished their season at the 2018 Allstate Sugar Bowl/LHSAA Cross Country State Meet in Natchitoches, Louisiana as the 3rd Place team in Class 4A.

The Cabrini Cross Country Team defended their district title from last year by becoming the 2018 District 10-AAAA Champions on October 31.

The birthday celebrations at Cabrini continued with the second Birthday with the Principal of the year, celebrating the October and November birthdays.

Kennedi White ’19 and Marisa Scarlata ’19 placed in the top 5 of the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation’s 18 in ’18 Competition. Marisa Scarlata received 2nd Place for her “Currents of My Heritage” painting, and Kennedi received 4th Place for her video, “On the Town.”
